Cup Stacking -
I found the cup stacking really cool and different from other sports as it focuses on your hand coordination. To start off we had three stacks of three cups, the most efficient way of stacking the cups is to grab the top cup with your right hand and put it next to the cup stack, then take another cup off the top with your left hand and put it on top in the middle of the parallel cups. Then simply stack the piles of cups from side to side, when you finish stacking the last set of cups take your right hand and grab the top cup and put it on top of the cup on the right, then with your left hand grab the cup on the left and put it on top of the other to cups. After practice using this technique, you will get really quick at stacking the cups.
Table Tennis -
To start off we had to hit the ball against the wall 10 times in a row before we could move onto playing with another person. I found that you had to hit it higher up on the wall for it to bounce down into the right spot for you to hit it again. After completing the wall task I moved onto playing with a person on a full table which I found was a lot harder as my teammate would smack the ball off the table.
Juggling -
For juggling, we started off with scarves which were easier than juggling with balls but still challenging. We started off with juggling two scarves in one hand, then 3 in two hands, then 2 on each hand (4 scarves) To move onto adding more scarves we had to juggle the scarves 10 times without dropping them. I got up to the 2 scarves in each hand and juggled them 7 times but I found it really hard to juggle two in my left hand rather than my right.
