Day 3 First you (sea) me now you don't Activity 3 SLJ

Activity 3
For this activity we have to try and solve this maths problem.

Let's imagine that the average Adult could lift 25kg and the average child could lift 15kg. How many children and adults would it take to move the colossal squid which weighs 500kg from on room to another in Te Papa.

Answer = 20 Adults

    Well done on correctly solving the 'midnight zone' maths problem and presenting your answer in a way that makes it easy to find. Do you enjoy problem solving? It was always one of my favourite ways to do maths. Can you think of any other strategies you could use to solve it? What if you had to use at least one child?
